coachmoore13
He isn't going to pick mister Caldwell for what he did last year. This is this year. What are his stats for this year. Don't combine them! his 2006 returns are listed his offensive stats and defensive stats are mirror images of each other so just divide what is listed for combined

columbia central
marco should at least be invited to the ceremony. most people want him to win it including me.
IOWNYOU149
Exactly Therefore his stats from the two years not playing a TSSAA schedule and also not a true varsity schedule should not count in the record books Actually I am pretty sure they played a TSSAA schedule- they played all the teams they play now- every school they played is in the TSSAA.... softballdad33
I know he want win it becuase his team finished 2-8, but if Jay Hartsfield can rush for over 1,000 yard behind the OL at LCHS he needs to be invited.
riverrat
The #1 passing QB in the state is Tullahoma's Cass Barnes, 1,766 passing yards and 15 passing TD's Barnes also has 500 rushing and 10 rushing TD's. I second this 100%. Cass is not only a great football player but a great guy. He is one of the nicest guys I have ever known and never puts himself above anyone. oldtimeballer63
I'm going to nominate Josh Smith of Temple as a candidate for the Lineman award. He is leading the city of Chattanooga with 126 tackles in 9 games (14 pg). I would say he is the heart and soul of the Temple defense and is a beast of a player (6'2, 240). He's had 1 interception on the year. He is a Senior at Temple and hardly ever comes out of the game. I would say he is one of the best (if not the best) MLB's in the state of Tennessee in 1A. At the fullback position he has 86 carries for 653 yards (6 TD). Unapproved Website
sportsfan23
Casey McKinnon from Rhea County. He is a senior and plays free safety and wide receiver. He is the leading tackler and has 94 total. He has 21 catches for over 400 yards and 4 TDs. He has 3 interceptions and 2 fumble recoveries.
