Best #4 Seed in the State

I know this thread is kind of weird, but Livingston Academy won the 3A state title last year as a #4 seed. Is there anyone out there that could do it again or go far in the playoffs? (Past round 3)

They most likely will not do what LA did, but Kingston is the best #4 seed in the state. The #4 seed in region 2-3A will claim this almost every year!!

AE is the number 4 seed.

Don't think so---you may want to check final region standings! AE was 4-2, Kingston was 3-3 making AE #3 and Kingston #4.

Lake County Falcons are the 4th seed in 7 1A They are 7-3 losing to Union City in OT 31-28 after leading them 21-0 at the half, and losing to Bruceton 14-12 in the rain and 3 bad calls and losing to McKenzie after leading them 14-0. Go Falcons!!!

What bad calls? Bruceton Game?

 

1.) The 4th and short on your own 30 in which three Bruceton players hit Springer behind the line off scrimmage. NOT EVEN CLOSE!

2.) The 2 point conversion? The referee had the best view and he said short.

3.) The on-side attempt? By rule, the ball must travel 10 yards before it can be touched by the kicking team. The ball hit a Lake County player three yards before. An obvious violation.

 

Rain?

 

Bruceton played in the same weather as everyone else in West Tennessee. That is partof the game.

Lake County better pray hard just to stay close to Fayette tommorow. Fayette beat Trinity by 3 touchdowns and Trinity beat Lake County pretty good in a preseason scrimmage. Even if they win, they would have to play any of the teams that beat them in the regular season.

I agree with bench press. All 3 calls were ligit and Bruceton won. If lake co. wants to show their stuff, then beat Fayette Academy and come back to Bruceton.
