Farragut defeated Oak Ridge tonight 14-0 in a throwback game @ Farragut.

once again not a district game but I felt like the thread needed a bump. I decided not to just say "bump" like some people do on a thread and give you a real post. so

 

I heard Farragut beat Knox Halls 14-1.

Ok well, one bracket is at Farragut.

 

Friday

Farragut vs. Sevier Co. at 4pm

William Blount vs. Heritage. at 6:30pm

 

Then on Saturday

10AM Loser Bracket Games (I assume these times are for both @ FHS and @ SDHS)

12:30PM Winner Bracket Games

 

Im gonna go with the other bracket that is @ South Doyle looks like

 

South Doyle vs. Lenoir City

Bearden vs. Maryville

I believe that the Admirals have improved greatly since the first of the season. I am picking them to win district tournament. They have alot of good players who can contribute. It a tournament with alot of games, sometime innings by pitchers and numbers make a big difference.

Farragut beat Sevier Co 13-5. I'm not sure about the William Blount/Heritage game.

 

The line score for the Farragut game was something like:

 

Sevier Co. 0-5-0-0-0-0-0---5-6-1

Farragut 2-3-3-4-0-0-0---13-15-1

farragut had a scare today..in the second inning SC had 3 or 4 bunt base hits and 2 successful squeeze plays...i believe 4 of their 6 hits were bunts...haha in hindsight, it was pretty funny actually

I can't decide if that is a surprise or not.

 

braves4life.. I heard that's how SC scored their runs. I got there at the start of the 3rd inning, I heard the Farragut HR when I was walking down to the field from school. Were they good bunts or what? I wasn't told much about it other than the fact that they had 4 bunts.

Games at South Doyle rescheduled today. Bearden / LC Sunday 12ish and SD / Maryville 3ish. I would think with the way it is raining here in East Tennessee that many games will be postponed today. Oh and GO KEES!

I know the games at Farragut are rescheduled. not sure what time for the Sevier Co./Heritage game, but I was told that the Farragut/William Blount game will be played @ 6pm.
