Clarksville's Student Section....

Let me give props to the Clarksville student section.....

 

You guys are loud!!....I know the one cheer will probably hurt some of the politically correct people's feelings,but you guys helped your team pull it out.......

 

The coolest part of the whole deal was at the end when the players sprinted toward the student section....That was pretty awesome.....

 

Congrats on a heart-stopping win..Easily the most entertaining game of the day...After 12 hours of basketball /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> ,it was a fitting end....

They had some great cheers like Go Home Maryville and Maryville's Garbage but the one that I liked the most was the one they were doing when Maryville picked up the GOLD BALL. I'm sorry, that was our cheering section that was SO HAPPY. MY Bad!!!!!!!

For the Championship game yesterday:

 

there was so many of them. Maryville had like 28 at most and Clarksville had hundreds.

Unfortunately A student section doest play the game its the better team THAT night that wins the game. Congrats to Maryville with there 28 students taking down Clarksville.

i was just saying they didnt have very many. you would think there would be a ton of people there. i mean it was for the state championship. for football the whole town goes but i guess thats because its almost always a guaranteed win. i wouldve thought that Maryville wouldve had more than what they did. thats all.

Spring Break a lot of people already had plans for this week and probably didnt see maryville being there.

The Clarksville folks do the same for their wrestling team. Good community that support their kids. Did Maryville not have a crowd?

from what i could see not really. maybe 30 students. i never could tell where all the Maryville parents were.

Clarksville had great support but like it was said........ great student sections don't always have the effect on the game that they think they do.....just ask Siegel.

did any of you see the two maryville students go to the clarksville student section and start cheering "Go Maryville." Another cheer I liked that was performed by Maryville was "You wear purple" to the clarksville section.

Maryville had a good crowd but not many students.....maybe 100 there. Somebody mentioned "spring Break" and they are right....most are at the beaches. Hey...we are a football school. We never plan on being in Murfreesboro during spring break. Maybe after last night those old habits will change

we're just tired of traveling to mtsu all the time. maryville has almost a perfect record at the boro and with gas prices going up again no need to waste money, we knew we were gonna win this one too....
