why the doubt? they have just about everyone returning from the 4th place team. they seem like a very reasonable pick. they also broke the freshman 4x8 record at DH this year so they have to have at least a little bit of young distance talent

that is hilarious but so true. he really could have won the a/aa race last year. her time would've gotten her third right? and just like 2 seconds behind 2nd. if she had been in the race with competition i bet she would've won. it would've been awesome to see her and clabo battling it out in the final 100m with the foot and a half height difference

i don't have a membership to milesplit so i can't go back and look at the results from state but i know they were 4th

This is 3.1 miles of completely different running. 4 by 8 means nothing. im not sayin they wont do good im just sayin if u base it off of their previous 4 by 8 then ur gonna have some problems.

i'm basing it off their 4th place finish from last year. you obviously skipped over the first half of my post. the 4x8 comment was just to add to the value of their young talent.

oh and look at the top 4x8 teams in the state, they all have strong xc teams for he most part, thats just the way it works
