They ran 4.7's and that is right. I was there. I think the fastest was like a high 4.6. I dont know what Troy and Randell run they didn't run that day they might be a high 4.5 or low 4.6. But they both made to State for track last year.

Game speed is very different from running the 40. I've seen kids that don't run the 40 that well never get caught from behind...or run someone else

down from behind.

There is not a way possible that anyone could ever know the fastest kid in the state. There are too many different timing methods, watches, etc. This topic could go on forever.
