This should be a good game. I think these two teams are fairly even. Could be a lot of emotions between the Grundy kids and Coach Taylor leaving Grundy and going to Whitwell. I going with homefield advantage and the emotion of the young men from Grundy. Good Luck to both teams.

Jackets at home! I do not think Whitwell is that good anyway. There will be a big hometown crowd and lots of emotions. The Yellow Jackets sting the Tigers in this one. Grundy 24 Whitwell 14

The coaching factor won't be Taylor. Tim is a good guy and I like him but he never was at home here.

 

The emotions will surround Coach Pickett. He has one more week of treatments so by the time this game comes he could have a lot more energy and spirit.

 

I believe that the boys will give 110% to make Coach Pickett's first game back at home a win.

 

Pic never should have been gone for the last 10 years. He's back home where he belongs. I hope those that were part of getting him gone in "Colquette Deal 1." (the deal that never was a deal only a sham to get more money out of Vidalia)......and those that were against Pic coming home this time stay away. We don't need any bad vibes around. We just need good vibes for a great season and for Pic to get healthy.
