MasterChief
listen i was there last year Scotts starting Tailback didnt play agianst u all which is back. They only played there varsity about 2 quaters and got ahead 14-0 the ntehy put there freshman in nevertheless it will be a good game. Scott D keep on keeping on! j.w. was you standing beside Roy Young when I came in Friday. Someone who fits the description was staring me down. Also hitting on what Old Highlander said, There was no Josh Jeffers, Spencer hadn't had much practice since his basketball injury, and I believe that was Willies first live game as QB. TexasAAAAA
This being stones 1st year in the reigion can they play with these teams like A.E, Fulton, catholic, or A.C AE, Fulton and Catholic - Probably not. AC, Kingston and LA - Probably. Scott County will be tough and Stone will play hard but in the end - Scott by 18.

Big Country
It's hard to know exactly where Stone stands. They stomped an exceptionally weak 4A team and were stomped by an exceptionally strong 3A team. As for the Highlanders, even though I expected them to beat Gibbs, I was surprised that they dominated the game on both sides of the ball as they did. I have been particularly impressed so far by Scott's defense. On paper, these two teams appear pretty evenly matched, but I really like Scott's chances if they continue to play the kind of ball they played in the first two games. Cumberland Co. is a 5A school not 4A. They may be weak however it has to be noted that they aren't head and shoulders below a team like Gibbs (who is also terrible). Stone Memorial: 15 Scott: 14 The road team gambles and wins it late on a 2-POINT CONVERSION!!!!
MasterChief
I was there as well, it was a JV game, AND all I saw all night was the same group of boys. I take it your from Crossville because I WAS A PLAYER, being that I was a Senior, our coaches agreed not to let us play. You played a majority Freshman squad because Scott was having a heart attack that the J.V didn't play the whole way.

Don't downplay the Gibbs team Friday, think more highly of the Scott Team. I believe your 2-3A schedule is going be a rude awakening for you my friend. THE BIG RED MACHINE-21 Stone-7. The game may be higher, but Scott by two touchdowns or more. I know this contradicts my earlier post, but that was before i saw the real score in the news. I was originally told Stone lost to Catholic by 7, but that's a far cry from the truth.

ask_me
They may have changed the name of the school but those folks in Cumberland County still don't know how to play football. Stone gets stoned by the Big Red Machine. Scott 35-0. Jeffers scores 5 times.
