you can say what you want. but the scorebord dont boost numbers..... 40-0 buddy, times are good past the double briges.you can say what you want. but the scorebord dont boost numbers..... 40-0 buddy, times are good beyond double briges.

If the scoreboard doesn't boost anything, then why bring a score up?? /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />

dont pay the creekers any attention, they are just trying to boost his stats to get him playing college ball. he is really not that impressive trust me, i have seen him play several times. as for lunsford he has been a pretty good qb for us this year not including last fridays game he had passed for 6 td's and ran for 4 thats in the first 4 games, according to the eliz. star. i heard friendships qb suffered an injury a few weeks ago, is he going to be back in the line up come playoff time?

Glad to hear about Lunsford, I remember a throw or two at FCS where he threw the ball a country mile, if he gets and protection and time to set up he could be dangerous throwing it as well as runnining it.

Yeah, FCS's new QB is more of a running QB than last years offensive general, he made it all the way through the first half of the first game and went down with what looked like a knee. FCS had some big problems with injuries early on as the QB went down and one of the starting two tailbacks went down. As i am to understand it the squad is trying to get back to full force in the next two weeks before they play Gordonsville and Trousdale in back to back weeks, but whatever happens from now till then the commanders are expected to be back to full strength by at least first round of the playoffs.

You have my hopes that Hampton gets back to the semi's, i would love to have an excuse to venture up near ya'll to see your home field. I just hope that the team your playing is wearing green and white. Best of luck! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Well I guess Unaka's stat keeper, the newspaper, and the stat keeper for EVERY other team are all in on a big CONSPIRICY!!! Bull crap...... His stats are legit. The defense is designed to where Estep is in the thick of things as much as possible.... How would you know anyways? You should be busy trying to get that next big recruit so ya'll can stay on top.

Oh, and the way, teams run about 25-30 plays a HALF.

Well lets see here. He is averaging around maybe 12 a game on away games and averaging above 20 at home games. Mmmm sounds to me that something smells on the creek. It must be the creeper herb making the score keepers to start seeing things that aint happening. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Ever think thats because the only 2 Home games they have played are against Greene County teams that like to run (weak teams,) and on the road they have played Hampton, East (4A) and two teams that pass alot??? Its hard to make a tackle on an incomplete pass.

I call BS on this stat . there is no way he's making close to 20 tackles a game.

I think Cosby football is BS, here in Carter County we call Estep's stats adding (something you may not know how to do there in Eagle land) Check the Johnson city press or the Elizabethton Star you can see these stats for yourself. look back over the games and add, it's that simple.

Game 1 Chuckey Doak-24 tackles

Game 2 Union County -12

Game 3 Grace -15

Game 4 West Green -19

Game 5 Hampton -10

Game 6 Sullivan East -13

TOTAL =93

And by the way you can count this week's yourself because you'll get to see in person what he can do!

haha, maybe you are the one who needs to learn how to add. this is the 3rd different total for tackles for estep that i have seen in the hampton game. one says 8, one says 9, and yours says 10. I only remember him have 4 tackles in that game and 2 personal foul facemasks. i was also at the chuckey-doak game. everyone on the sidelines was laughing at the way unaka kept trying to boost his stats. he would be ten yhards from the play and you would still hear "estep in on the tackle." it became quite hilarious. but remember that in those games, i am not counting the ones where he just piles on after the whistle has blown or the ones where he is not anywhere close to the tackle. the creekers need to get over estep. he is a decent player on THAT TEAM. he would just be another player on a team like hampton. i heard he went down to some camp in the off season and purty much embarassed himself cuz he was slow and not that strong at all...

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
