If you were pulling for the upset against Notre Dame, you will be disappointed. Notre Dame 12- Boyd 2. ND's goals by Brannen (4), Cambron (3), Caramante (2), Leiper, Zucconi, and Clifford.

ND will face CCS for the 3rd time this season tomorrow. Not sure, but I heard this game will again be played at Notre Dame at 7:00 pm

DonC was coach trying to send a message running the score 12-2?

The auditor in me is always suspicious when the guy calculating the numbers numbers just so happens to be in first place. I'm even more suspecious when it shows I'm in last place.

Do we have the guidlines for the next round?

Heh heh... yeah, I thought the same thing when I posted the results.

Flash or Chas, since you don't have a "dog" in this contest, do either of you want to be the "auditor" to sign off on the results? That way it can be more "official".

Next round:

1. Keep the points you earned from the first two rounds.

2. When the brackets are set, you are able to start "fresh" with all of the teams that are in the tournament (it's like starting over if one of your teams got knocked out early)

3. Predictions must be entered by Tuesday at midnight.

4. Also, include the following predictions in case of a tie:

Total number of goals scored in the entire state tournament (in a tie, the person who is the closest to the actual number would win. No duplicate guesses allowed, so first come first get)

I think that is how we did it last year.

Maybe you don't remember so good! /wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" /> How long did you have to think about a method that would let you win before you posted your plan? Something must be wrong, I'm 4 points behind you!

Your lucky horse shoe must have fallen out of your pocket.... See you tonight! Bring your camera, would you? All the previous guy's teams are getting recognized tonight, and it would be great to have a photo.

I "knew" you were cheating me. I got 10 points from round 1 (picking Catholic, CAK, CCS, ND, SC, FRA, CPA, CA, JCS, and USJ. Round 2 I picked CAK, ND, FRA, USJ and Madison). You might have missed my Madison pick (which I left off my original post, but put on a second post. I was afraid to edit my original post). I should have 20 points I believe instead of the 18 you gave me.

Since you shorted me, I think you need to give up 2 of your points!

    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
    • Dorian Eskridge had a great Junior year, highlighted by a great game to lead HVA to an upset win at OR that year. I think that was 2010. In 2011 OR won at HVA. OR had a real good QB that year l think. Dorian Eskridge had a great senior year also. He always played hard from the DCM videos l saw.
    • It seems we lost a ton to graduation. We shall see how it shapes up for 2024.
