Both Hoover and Independence have losses this season I believe. These records could likely be found on the TSSAA site.

 

Neither of those schools are from Tenn though, so it prob wont be on the TSSAA web site

Red Boiling Springs has to be the holder of the loss streak. They lost like 70-80 in a row way back and have lost 40-some straight at the present right?

As far as losing, doesn't Kirkman (school closed down) form Chattanooga hold the longest losing streak in TN history. Back in the late 80's they even made SI for having the second longest losing streak in America... then defeated Taft to break that streak. I believe they hold the losing record for TN, but could be wrong. However, give Cumberland County High School time, they are gaining. They have not won a game since year before last and have not even played a game close this year.

 

 

And they were coached by that legendary Tyner coach Wayne Turner. It is amazing how good of a coach a guy can become when he moves to a school with talent.
