donathan5507
This one could be for the region title: If Indy wins, all they need is a win at Columbia in Week 10 to lock up the top spot. If the Bruins win, they'll need a Dickson Co. loss (the Cougars play Franklin this week and Ravenwood in week 10) as well as a win against NE in Week 10. Both of these teams started off 1-3 and few gave them serious hope to win the region. Indy has really hit its stride as of late, whereas Brentwood has just been extremely consistent throughout region play (following the Dickson Co. loss). What does everybody think about this one? mvs_bwood
Brentwood's defense is very strong. Independence has the edge on offense. Both teams were counted out early in the season. Both teams want this badly. It's really too close to call. Go Bruins!!!!!!!!!!
rhinoHASthehorn
Indy should take this. If the same team shows up that has the past 2 weeks there is no doubt in my mind they will. Shouldnt be a very high scoring game. Indy by 7.
DAD1
As usual....DEFENSE...wins Championships. Ron Crawford wins this one.
Middle Tennessee Football
Both teams deserve respect for the lumps they took early and they way they have responded. I don't know if Brentwood has enough offense to win this one.
Bigdogroxx
Right now.. WAY too close to call I want to watch this weather also... Could play a good deal into this game
sleeper3773
Well certainly one team was going to have to win multiple games once region play started and it looks as though Brentwood and Independence (along with Dickson Co.) are leading the pack. Brentwood and Independence have good defenses. Brentwood, however, lacks the offensive fire power that Independence has as of late. However, I will not judge Independence after beating the worst Ravenwood team in the existance of their school's short history. Brentwood's defense will tell us where Independence's offense is at. As for a prediction I am going with a 14-7 Independence win.

bulldog69
Indy's running back will be the difference either way. A big surprise could be the play of the Indy QB. A high scoring game kills Brentwood.
VballBruins
Everyone thought Ravenwood would run the score up on Brentwood too, they got 6.Brentwood's defense is for real and they shut-out Centennial last week.Let that QB throw the ball,Brentwood will be happy to intercept it. Brentwood by 10 /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
CHS 2007
Brentwood's D has been stellar all season long and kept them in the games early on. Now that their offense is finally stepping up, they've been able to win some of these shootout games. However, their inability to gain yardage through the air will hurt them in this game. Indy's D has dominated the run the past few games. Meanwhile, Indy has found their long missing passing game recently (on their third QB), and have become the two-demensional threat that many thought they would be entering the season. Both teams are red-hot, but I say Indy gets the W here.
