Oh hes not my QB. I just grew up with him and i have all of the respect in the world for him. I just dont undersatnd why peoiple have to hate on something good when they feel threatened.

While South and Phillips have been racking up impressive stats, THS has been winning in a workmanlike manner and getting better every week.

 

I don't think most knowledgable fans have been saying South is going to kill THS. In fact, I go back to last year's upset win by South at the Stone Castle as one of the defining wins in SS history. THS was the better team last year and South outcoached and outplayed them. The reverse could happen this year. Let's hope everyone takes care of business this week and set up a great week 10 matchup.

No, actually the '05 game was a more dominant South win over THS than the score indicated.

i was totalled amazed that with south up 51-14 they are still blitzing with a lot of there 1st string still in. If i was Coach Carter i think that i would find someone else to return kick because Mr. Phillips is as good as advertised.
