I think White House will win this one. After a hard fought game last night, White House is playing for the chance to host a playoff game. And Greenbrier's loss to Macon County, really has me puzzled.

Besides, a White House win is good for Station Camp. This game as well as the SC vs. PC game can shake up the playoff seeding.

Bisonpride, the loss to Macon has all of us fans in Greenbrier puzzled. We started off well and ran the ball down the field easily on them to begin with, and then the calls starting going against us time after time and I think our players got perplexed on trying to avoid the calls that was mostly just playing true football. The guys starting dropping balls that 98 out of 100 times they wouldn't drop and with calls going for MC, the advantage went to them. Yeah, even though we were up 21-7 at halftime, I admit we shot ourselves in the foot and the wind totally left the Cats sails.

BUT its tough to play two "teams" at once. Even the radio announcers said exactly what many Greenbrier fans were thinking. A litte homecooking, throw in a heap of Greenbrier mistakes ended in a OT game with a MC field goal.

With all the teams, except possibly Pearl Cohn, rooting against the Cats for their own benefit this week, I hope the Bobcats feel the pinch and kick this thing into overdrive. We'll see.

Bobcats, FUNDAMENTALS & FOCUS, CATS! PLAY 'GREENBRIER' FOOTBALL.

That is right Charlie!!!!

WHalumni, Sycamore needs a White House win in this one. If Greenbrier wins then the War Eagles, as well as Macon, are done.

    • Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
