In the first playoff round last year the Antioch Bears went to Dickson County and upset the Cougars. '07 has set up a rematch with the venue changed to Antioch. Will history repeat itself? Can DC return the favor from last year?

I have see both teams play.

 

Dickson Countys offence is very confusing and it is very hard to tell where the ball is going. Their defence is not to bad and their offence usually keeps their defence off the field.

 

Antioch is loaded with weapons. Terrance Davis at quarterback will cause dickson county all kinds of problems.

and Mcadoo and #4 are huge targets for Davis to hit.

 

If Dickson County can have long 7+ min drives and get a TD on each one they will win.

Having said that it is hard to do.

DC will be going into antioch to get revenge after last year. Dickson played a great game friday against region rival ravenwood which they won 28-14. DC will be playing the winged-t or " run it down their throats" again this friday night with a good 2 back set. Rayburn with speed and agility, and Pendarvis with speed and power. This should be a high scoring game with

Antioch's offense is potent, but their defense is underrated. Led by LB Kedrick Towles, the D has come on late and will limit DC's run game. Antioch wins at home.

The AHS vs DCHS games have become a great rival type atmosphere. In 99 there were two meetings both close but won by DCHS. 00' Close game but AHS wins. And now with the teams in different Regions that match up in the playoffs more is at stake. Should be a good game. But Antioch maybe a bit much for DCHS to handle if they can get their special teams fixed.

I really don't see this one being that close. I've seen both teams this year and Antioch is by far the better team. I don't think DC will be able to stop Terrence Davis and if he's on, Antioch wins.

I haven't seen anyone run the wishbone any better than DC does this year - they ran it down Centennial's throat all night long!!! Stop the wishbone and Antioch wins...
