I hope your players are ready to play. I did not see anything West can't handle this

past Friday night in the East--South game . East gave up 3 fumbles and an interception

that makes South's come back look strong. Protect the ball and guard your lanes

against their misdirection plays Good luck from across town --Go Trojans !!

I hope you represent upper east TN well. I looked at the brackets and it looks like you all are a lock against west and the Greenevillle vs Volunteer winner. Don't get too confident and you will be on track to meet Maryville. I expect nothing less than a Maryville Semi Final game against the Rebs. Region 2 4A is usually weaker overall minus West, who is a bit down this year. Your challenge lies with Region 3 as usual. Unlucky for DB, 5A region 2 includes Knoxville and Chattanooga teams, which are usually better than Region 1 teams. Take advantage of your awesome passing game and speed. Beat West and the winner of Greeneville vs Volunteer (you will beat the Deviles in a rematch) and get pumepd for Maryville. I don't want to look ahead for you guys, but really, semi finals should be a given this year in your bracket. A championship game would be awesome for South. Go Rebs! Stay focused. You have the best chance to go further than all the other local teams, make a run!

Thanks for the kind words bud. You have always been a very classy poster. I hope that the Rebels focus greatly on the task at hand and work hard all week and come prepared to play 48 full minutes this coming Friday. West is a dangerous team and South can ill afford to spot them 14 points to start the game. I believe this team has the ability to make this season very special, however they have to be prepared to play every minute. I think the Indians have a good shot at Farragut this Friday. The defense is definetly there for the Indians and with some breaks things could definetly go the Indians way. I would not be suprised to see a D-B victory. Good Luck to the Indians and GO BIG BLUE!
