Knox West vs. Bearden

Just an observation, If these two teams have great offenses but suspect D's then why are people predicting low scores? just an observation....

Game rescheduled to tomorrow at four @Bearden. I'm curious to see how their miniature stands will hold a crowd this size.

The game was magnificent both teams fought with passion, everytime they come out to play its always a hard fought battle and very physical. West 2nd goal by cody came with 26 seconds left off a flick, a VERY nice ball by the freshman michael(dont know his last name) Bearden's goal came within the first 2 minutes, don't think that west was just ready to play at the time but they stepped up big and came out with a very nice win.

Whinning aside, seems that Bearden's defense may have some holes this year. Rumor has it that their starting goalie is no longer with team, can anyone confirm and/or provide details? West 2-1 in a good battle/upset.

Cody header with 35 seconds left to win. Very good game, windy. Bearden started out fast scoring within minutes, then went to sleep for the next 60 minutes. West controlled play, but Bearden starting putting pressure last 15 minutes and couldn't capitlize. Freshman keeper (?) for Bearden was impressive, he certainly did not lose the game, but actually kept it close as West continued to crash net on corners ad throw-ins. Aaron did everything he could do, but Webster was not involved at all, West did a good job containing him. Fun to watch. This may be West's year.

Andrew Harrison did a great job staying with tom. Walt doty and Will of west played hard defense.

The mid field play was good too. Pat and kat did pretty well especially pat. Kat was battling a cold during the game and played ok. West came ready to play and won as a TEAM. Bearden is very talented team just a Great Game!!!!

guess my prediction of 3-1 Bearden was way off.
