Does anyone have what teams are in what region and who will go where when the playoffs come around. It used to be on here and I cant find it. I know there are going to be 3 classifications and when playoffs come around there will be 6. Its going to be dicey unless they just use a ranking system to determine the best teams, regardless of district. 6A for instance, has alot of classes with just a few teams, so it will be interesting to see how they do it

You're region has no 5A teams...that's not fair. You'll still have 4 or 5 teams that deserve to go to the play-offs, but won't be able to because they play in the toughest region in the state. This system was supposed to reduce travel...Coffee County has Cookeville, Sparta, and Crossville to travel to. That's better than an hour to the closest one. Besides we have no history or rivalry with these schools.

Coffee County will not have great gates from this contests in other sports than football.

 

Travel will be a financial nightmare with the lack of traditional games with old rivals.

 

This is another example of how football is the ALONE sport that is a concern here and the heck with all others.

 

It's time for some of the people who are the old guard of the TSSAA to be removed and replaced.

 

The first to go is Ronnie Carter.
