Huntland played well against Cornersville just could not get over the hump at the end. Still think the hornets could upset somebody before the year is over.

Santa Fe by 20 over CA in a game that started 11-0 in first quarter. Cornersville wins by 5 after leading by 13 through 3 quarters. Moore Co beats Richland by 8 despite Duke going for 20. Congrats to Sara Nelms on her points acheivement.

Ive said all year long the Lady Hornets were guing to upset someone before the year was over. Great effort and great defense against Richland last night. Keep working hard and dont get satisfies with one big win.

According to Coacht, Lauren Sims is on Franklin Co.'s roster. That is very surprising. If there is any truth to this, Huntland will be in bad shape.

 

 

The Huntland girls have really played well for most of the year. The attitude with the girls has been great with the players that are still there. All players now play defense and dont care who scores and who might get the attention. To the people that thought this situation would hurt, it has done nothing but help.

Huntland girls' are for real. The top 5 teams are going to be a toss up at the rate this season is going. What a same CA and Culleoka can't get their teams into the mix. Neither one of these teams show much desire to play. Where is the fight? Great job Huntland!! Good luck to the top five!!
