I can see this quickly digressing. If there was trash talking or poor sportsmanship by anyone at the game, this board wasn't meant to address those issues. We would prefer that it would be handled in another manner. Thank you.

I agree.. I was at the game as well and their was not any trash talking that I noticed at either end of the field in either half. Many of the girls in this game have played travel together since they were young and even some Centennial girls came to watch their friends play. It was a hard fought game but at the end there were more hugs amoungst the players than anything else, which is how it should be. Global1 does not have a clue..

 

I didn't say there was trash talking on the field. What I observed and heard was a couple of adults saying things. Since my son graduated last year and we have moved to Franklin, this was the first game I had been to this year. I don't know who HSSoccer is and don't know if he was the one I overheard. I was told by some Frankin ladies in the stands that the people who made the comments were Siegel supporters. Sorry

Thank you BigG. I agree with you 100%. I just felt the need to defend myself and the person I was with.

A note to global1??¦??¦I was never in the stands. We stood away from the crowd at the end of the field. Actually, I didn??™t recognize any other ???Siegel Supporters??? parents at the game either. I highly doubt the people you overheard were Siegel parents. Every adult should support every player, no matter what school your child happens to attend. These are STUDENT ATHELET??™S??¦remember? Maybe pass that along to the people you overhear if it ever happens again.
