I know Franklin County plays Tullahoma this Thursday. They may be waiting on the winner of that game to decide. I believe FC Fresh have only lost two games and I know Tull has at least one loss.

FC is scheduled to play Warren Co this Thurs-Oct 9th and Tullahoma on Oct 16th. Both are home games for the Rebels

FC Freshman beat WC 35-14. We play THS Thursday night at home.

 

The 9th grade team is 4-2 going into the last game of the season.

NGA in Fayetteville is undefeated again going into their last game of the year this thursday night against the Giles Co. freshman team but, even if they win the game, and complete another unbeaten season, I'm sure that the AD, or whoever it is overthere, won't let them play again, because they think it is "too late in the season and it conflicts with the starting of basketball practice". Or that was the pathic excuse that I heard last year. It's a shame that the kids play hard all season, go undefeated, and don't get the reward that goes along with it.

Coach Todd Brandon and all of his assistants do an excellent job over there, that has to be the hardest coaching job there is, having to start from scratch every year with a whole new group of kids.

The Lions Bowl will host 4 teams this year, as usual. Game times are at 6pm and 8pm.
