pujo
Errors happen all the time. White hat blew it dead. Means play is over. Maybe we would of tackled him if we wouldnt of heard the whistle blown? Who knows. Not HV's fault he blew it. I agree.
dogcatcher
If you don't know what happened ,I couldn't explain it to you. I'll try anyway. The blocked fieldgoal was a live ball, Hampton picked it up and ran it in for a TD , GAME OVER .The refs blew it and whistled the play dead. Yes it should have been a touchdown but can you believe this? We had every chance in the world to win and blew it. Cosby and now Happy Valley. Can we please get a kicker? How many times have we lost because we didn't have anybody to a kick extra point or field goals. Pujo I said the other day that Coach Andrews was working with Logan and he was hitting them from 45 in but I found out tonight it was actually Unaka's kicker Drew that was up there practicing. I don't care to get beat but four onside kicks and now this. Give me some nerve pills please.
bulldogs08
first off the refs must have had a bong party before the game that calling was STUPID. the line showed heart and played great defense. chambers played awesome at safety. tough loss, keep your heads up dogs
FallSportFan
How did Hampton get the game stolen from them when they had 5 chances in overtime to win the game. HV just wanted it more and the players pulled together in the end. You know it could have went into another overtime if Hampton hadn't ruffed the kicker Do you actually think that HV won because they wanted it more? Did you get a hit off that bong with the refs before the game and at halftime? the game at Hampton, its Hampton vs, HV and you think that HV wanted it more? HV won because the refs blew some major calls in OT, well the whole game for that matter. White hat had no clue what was going on and that was evident when he didnt get them to move the chains on that first down late in regulation. HV wanted it more, that is BS. And you can probably not get too excited about playoffs, HV came is way overrated in my opinion. you all will start BB practice about the same time we will. IN 2 WEEKS. Pass attack, NOT. Be a typical HV fan and keep running that trap, it will come back to you.

Dogcatcher, how well do you know Tim, Maybe you could help me a little on this recruiting thing.I've heard Drew is a outstanding Baseball player and loves playing offencive line. I really enjoyed the game last night, Hampton actually played 4 quarters. If they can do this the rest of the way ,they can hold their own with region 2. I got alot more positives than negatives last night. Good job DOGS
DOGS69
Was an interverted blow of the whistle. You got another chance after did you not? Stop crying. Just so you guys know, one of our hurt players tried to shake hands with Andrew's dad and he pushed him away and started a big pushing party. The kid is 17. Heck maybe we aint got no class, but did you see any of our parents trying to fight the Hampton players? I dont think so. Maybe you should talk to your 10 year olds who was calling us curse words when we walked out the locker room. Anyway, Hampton played well. Bounced outside really well, gave us a hard time for awhile, but we finally got it down. Good job to all the HV players. The team that got the most points got the win. Think thats how you win a football game anyway.... /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" /> Thats BS that kid wasnt trying to shake hands with him, he was running his mouth like every other player from HV. I don't blame the players for not shaking hands because happy valley has no class at all.
FTBALLMANIA08
I think HV showed class when they were still out on the field to shake hands and Hampton just left the field. Now who's got class??? Hampton said they was the best in Carter County haha HV beat hampton and Elizabethton destroyed HV

Sources have told me it was Eddie Olvera a freshman at Hampton who has been hitting them from 45 out.

Honey I've been to a few of the Hampton practices, all of the JV games and most of the varsity and we don't have anybody including EO that can come close to kicking it from 45 out. If EO could, last night would have been the perfect time for him.

I don't think this is a recruiting thing just Coach Andrews trying to make Drew a better kicker. He and Tim are good friends and both were good players in their time plus Andrews was a good kicker. FallSportFan
Hampton said they was the best in Carter County haha HV beat hampton and Elizabethton destroyed HV When did Hampton say that? they have been for the past 3 years, but i dont recall anyone saying it this year. here is a news flash, HV will get beat first round and Elizabethton may not even make the playoffs. How is that for a "haha"?

When ya cant win, just blame the refs and whine bout it!
