BA did not look like a nationally ranked team. They have tons of talent but they never seemed to get uncorked last nite. Having said that, can you believe their kicking game? The kick off at the end of the second half split BHS's goal post. The ball must have traveled 80+ yards in the air.

 

BHS looked good in execution except for penalties which stopped several drives. Overall, the score pretty much represents the game.

It disappoints me to hear that BHS had penalty trouble. One would think they'd have learned their lesson.

They gave about 40 yards in penalties in the drive that ended their season a year ago. Two of those penalties where unsportsmanlike conduct.

Brentwood High has a fine quarterback but where was the rest of the team? If he gets hurt it will be a very long season for the Bruins.

 

BA has one big strong running back and one that is lightning quick. To me, it looked like after David Holbert ran over a few of their players they just gave up.

I just want to know what happened to all the BHS fans who were talking smack before the game???? They were all pumped like it was the state championship and BA went in there and after Holbert ran over their Dfense, they folded. So where did u people go????

I think its a given that BA recruits since they are in recruiting division. Why schedule them :/ Unless u REALLY beleive u can beat them.
