Story says Komisar and Fite both staying at HHS. Komisar going to be OC and plans to keep the spread offense. Things could be pretty good at HHS. Look out District 11-AAA HHS football isn't dead yet!!!!

Since they haven't left yet only only a sane man will know they are staying even without the article, I'll said they will still run the spread so I was right on that too. - Greg only knows the spread offense - /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> and it reads thier D will be a 4-3 base now, Before it was a 4-4.

Good news! I am glad they both are staying, both are class guys. This is looking like a great staff.

Whats up with the Burros? Heard that afer two days in pads, tenative starters have been named. Any news?

I would imagine Aaron Bryant and Terrell Hamilton would be starting at LB, Greg Young would be starting at QB, and Cody Bilhovde starting at WR/S. Offensive and defensive lines may be uncertain for a little while, as will the WR and RB positions possibly. They'll get it figured out though I think.

Having Komisar and Fite staying will go a LONG WAY to help in the transitional phase, not to mention the plan to retain the Spread Offense. Just need to learn a new defensive philosophy, hire some more good assistants to compliment Komisar and Fite, and figure out who can play where.

If we are talking about the same person, a little birdy told me he isn't in a rush to get his psychic (the little birdy is Antwan Williams). They both aren't in a rush to get their physic. I just have see aaron around school and I know Antwan (he goes to my first period and fifth period)

Regardless of if this is true or not this should not have been stated on a board. Neither is doing anything wrong of course and both have the right not to get a physical if they choose but you are singling them out. You could have just stated that he is still enrolled at Hillsboro and left it at that.

Does TSSAA just allow spring ball in pads for 10 days? What are the rules about conditioning and when does that start up again? Can they practice specific plays/formations etc?

After spring practice is over nothing can be done with a ball until after the july dead period. Players can get together and work on things with a ball but no coach can be present.

    • We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.
    • I like the Pirates chances. I’ll be there as soon as work allows.
    • Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.
    • I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.
    • I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
