ummm who did you hear this from?? i really don't see any coaches from last season leaving coalfield.. thats just my opinion. this news is new to me and im good friends with the henry's. i played for them my senior year ( coach kris' last season).

 

I'm not putting any specific names on here but persons very close to the Oneida program did state that 2 individuals from the Coalfield staff were on Oneida's campus the week TL announced he would be going to AC. They may have just been visiting but the rumor that they stopped by is a strong one.

I find this pretty funny. Do you not think every high school football team gets in the weight room and hit it hard. I do belive so every team wants to get stronger and better just because your getting in the weight room dont mean your going to be any good. First off you got to have some talent on your side but im not sure if you do or not. And for the sunbright kid i have no idea of what type of classes they give there but you my friend need to take a few more english classes. I just find it funny that you think your going to be great because your hitting the weight room hard haha thats a joke.

This ought to be an interesting year for Morgan County football. For the first time since 1988, all four teams will be in the same league (district, region) and that will make each county game huge. I look forward to some exciting games in 2009.

I agree totally. I think the games will be very competitive and it will feel like the "old days" again, or like us 80's high school players: the "DARK AGES!"

Yes when you take a small school and put it up against bigger schools what do you expect? But no excusses this year you will see oz with a winning season. I promise you that. And i yes it does help alot in off season working out hard and yes the lineman do when the games but as of right now we have no small lineman and we got a freshman that went to the conbine and won strongest freshman in the state. So im just not saying it to be saying it Oz will have a good and strong team this year

talk is cheap and making promises during the offseason is ridiculous!! making promises is like commiting suicide for that team.. now you just made every team in the county wanna beat you all more.. not good for that team.. can't wait to see the games and how they turn out..
