oaklandpats
Sorry for the remarks. Oakland plays tomorrow night at home vs DeKalb County Should be a good one. Anyone know anything on Dekalb?
BHSVB
Blackman 4 - White Cty 0 -- Blackman control the tempo the whole game . Only 1 shot on goal from White Cty. Blackman opened the scoring early with a nice pass over the top from Justin Cronin to Ryan Zeeck who tip it over the keeper . Second goal was a hard shot from just outside the eighteen by Shea Vice . And then another nice shot fom outside the box by Justin Cronin . Fourth goal came on an own goal last touched by Tabor Jeeter . Game was called early with 15 minutes left due to an injury in which a White Cty player possibly broke his collar bone and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital . Hope all is OK with him. Whitey
OK, these are the points as I have them for now. Not the actual standings or rankings, just the points accumulated. Each team plays seven games in the district and has the potential of earning a total of 21 points. It is 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, and of course 0 for a loss. Good luck to eveyone on the rest of the season. Right now, Blackman has played two games and Riverdale three games in the district and they are the only two undefeated teams in the district. Riverdale: 3-0-0 = 9 points Cookeville: 3-1-0 = 9 points Blackman: 2-0-0 = 6 points Oakland: 2-1-0 = 6 points Siegel: 2-1-0 = 6 points Lebanon: 2-3-0 = 6 points Warren Co: 0-4-0 = 0 points White Co: 0-4-0 = 0 points

borosoccermom
In reply to the post from the previous 7AAA topic: "That Ryan Zeeck kid was impressive. Very fast and physical. Siegel's defense just could not stop him when he got the ball in front of the goal. Siegel didnt sub much at all, anyone know why some of their key players didnt play? Siegel also wasted a lot of long low percent shots on goal." Not to take anything away from Ryan, he is indeed an awesome talent. Siegel benched some of their key players for not attending two mandatory practices that were held during spring break. Not necessarily the smartest move when you have a key game at stake, but I guess when you are trying to prove a point................. KeeperFan15
Wow. Late to the game this year. No comments from me and ya'll already have a 7AAA thread locked. May just have to watch the board from the sidelines this season.
LDPremier45
Just a curious question, what schools in the district have the underclassmen that will make the team stronger in the future? I know that Riverdale has strong young talent and Oakland has a great young forward .. I'm not too sure about Blackman Siegel or Cookeville. Warren County is an extremely young team, maybe they will become a lot stronger in the future..? But what teams should we really look out for for the next coming years?
