BHSVB
From the District 7 AAA By Laws: If two teams or more have the same amount of points (3 points win and 1 point tie) at the end of the regular season, then the tie breakers shall be: 1. Head-to-head 2. Highest seeded common opponent down to lowest 3. Goal differential not to exceed 3 per game 4. Coin toss " whitey " from your post on page 6 . It looks like if Blackman wins Thursday ( head to head ) would not be considered because Blackman , Siegel , Oakland beat each other . Second , Riverdale beat all three , so next highest common opponent would be????? Blackman WAS considered the next high seed at time of play , but is that how it works? If that is right then Oakland would be second. Any rocket scientists out there???

If Blackman beats Cookeville, then you throw out head-to-head all together and would move next down on the list which is how they did against highest seeded opponents on down. Since Oakland lost by a bigger score to Riverdale than did Blackman and Siegel, then Oakland would be seeded 4th. The next comparison would be then for 2nd and 3rd with Siegel and Blackman against the next highest seeded opponent which in this case would be Oakland. In that scenario, Siegel beat Oakland and Blackman lost to Oakland, so Siegel would get the #2 seed and Blackman would get the #3 seed. That is how I understand the by-laws, but let the coaches hash it out this week in their district meeting. Good luck to everyone. Of course if Blackman loses, then everything above is for nothing. If Blackman loses, then the seeding would be Riverdale, Siegel, Oakland, Cookeville, Blackman, Lebanon, White Co. and Warren Co. Everyone have fun and play hard! siegelsoccer
Thanks to all that came out to the Siegel vs. Riverdale match. Not the result we wanted on the field but the donations from the evening made the loss a little more bearable...$3,124.56. The Siegel community thanks you! Congrats to both teams bringing a crowd for the supoort of the fellow victims. As for the seeding, lets all wait till the meeting is over to discuss this as there would be that 3 way tie of Blackman would to win tonight. Oakland plays at Father Ryan tonight, not sure if Oakland starters are playing but should be fun to watch.

Not sure it will be even with the starters playing. Father Ryan is one of the best D2 teams in the state and should handle Oakland rather easily. I admire your hopefulness though. Warren County That sounds about right so that means riverdale would play warren county and siegel would play white county can siegel men make region for the first time? They have the talent! If they could finish they could possibly be champions
