Soccermate
So does anyone have a guess on what the outcome of the riverdale vs columbia game will be?
Stalemate123
Columbia had double the shots and opportunities on goal AND possessed the ball for the better part of the game on Siegels defensive side. Only one of the goals was scored by an indirect kick (practically a corner) and the other was just a good shot with the goalie out of place. Stalemate123
Do you really feel as if RHS will be able to put in three goals against Columbia?
mr300bowl
Do you really feel as if RHS will be able to put in three goals against Columbia? Not sure they will need to score three to win. Only given up 11 all year and beat Columbia 2-0 earlier this year. Looking for the same kind of score tonight, weather permitting.
kingofthehill
Stalemate I don't know what game you were watching if you say Columbia had more possession and opportunities than Siegel. The only thing that saved at least three goals was the play of your keeper. I'm not going to bring up officiating, you have to deal with that reguardless of who you play or where you play. Columbia tries too much for the long ball and flick. The only player who did not give the ball away when pressured on a regular basis was the little center mid, #23 I think. I do think Riverdale wins, but it will be a tight game. Columbia is tough defensivelyand their scheme works for them. 2-1 maybe even in overtime. ETSU_BucSoccerFan
Very good effort by Columbia, a surprise for many on these boards to see that result No surprised here. They took Blackman to the brink last year and lost 6-5 overtime. No surprise here against Siegel. I think if Siegel would have played Sunday, win or lose against Riverdale, it would have better prepared them for Columbia. Rival competetion I believe makes a team better and more prepared. Everyone was already talkn Riverdale vs Siegel matchup and as I told my son, you cannot overlook Columbia. I don't think Columbia will beat Riverdale, 2-
Shuster23
I'm hoping this weather holds off, it looks like it could get hairy here quick. I just hope RHS comes out and plays well in the first half, as has been their problem in the past few games. I agree with mr300bowl, RHS may only need 1 or 2 goals to win, as the last goals they gave up came against Wilson Central.
RHSsoccerBro
Do you really feel as if RHS will be able to put in three goals against Columbia? Yes, I do think Riverdale can put 3 up. Especially if they can get 1 in the first half. Riverdale has played some really good teams this year and hasn't had any trouble putting up goals. I know Columbia is tough and I'm sure it will be a close game. I'm hoping Riverdale comes out strong and gets a win. I don't think they need 3 goals to win, but if they get one in the first half, it could happen.
RIVDALESOCCRDAD
Columbia has scored 26 goals this year and their opponents have scored 17. Riverdale has scored 60 goals this year and their opponents have scored 11. You be the judge
