People bash Macon supporters on these boards (especailly the smith county, trousdale county and westmoreland fans...no offense..) but if you've ever been to a Macon county opener you know that we have alot of fans. We even have alot of fans at games after 6 or 7 loses. If coach Goolsby wins 4 games this year it will be hugh!!...then maybe some kids will want to play and the ball will start rolling. I watched some of their 1st practice this year and he really keeps the kids moving during practice. Not alot of standing around. I wish him well. His abilty to be an assistant principal has nothing to do with his coaching. Sounds to me like you have something personal against the man. I was just saying that a person's ability to be a coach has nothing to do with their abilty to be an administrator. I have known great principals that were terrible Coaches, and great coaches that made terrible principals. He has not even had a try at the administration thing and someone has already started on him. You all got what you wanted, he is no longer Coaching. Why can't it be left alone and lets talk football.
