OldSoccerFan
Here we go again. Farragut handled Oak Ridge rather easily and Bearden won a classic over West. Now they meet for the third time, and who knows, maybe they will play a fourth time this year on down the road. Farragut beat Bearden 3-0 twice. Are we starting to see a pattern or will the third time be the charm for Bearden? Anyone want to make a prediction?
Soccerfreak8
Farragut is just an all around great team this year, even moreso than most years. Don't get me wrong, Bearden is great too, but Farragut is just in the zone right now, and I think they are a little better. I'll go 3-1 Farragut. sportsnut624
I like Farragut 3-0.
dionysusRC
Bearden lost 3-1 and 3-0 not 3-0 both games. Just clarifying.
OldSoccerFan
Bearden lost 3-1 and 3-0 not 3-0 both games. Just clarifying. Sorry if that was a mistake. Good luck to both teams.
wanderer
I will pick Farragut 2-1. I think they play better defense and are playing better team ball @ present. Good luck to both teams in their quest for State. I would not be surprised to see round iv.
pseudophobia
Well, since I missed the OR VS Farragut game so badly "Oak Ridge is due to beat them" I should just quit...but what can happen now? It appears to me that Farragut has peaked and are playing very good soccer! I guess the question isn't Can anyone beat them- rather, can they loose? I think they are deep enough to beat Bearden again in the region. So I predict Farragut 2-1. However, if this happens it could very well set up another Bearden vs. Farragut final. No disrespect to any other teams left- but the East Tennessee area has been strong for the last 10 years. They have "been there, done that" many, many times. Advantage is to both of them. The only problem with that is- it gets harder and harder to beat the same team over and over! If they met in the finals, Farragut might get the idea that they own Bearden and Bearden has nothing to loose (except the 4th game between them). I love this time of year!! Good luck to both teams and no matter what happens...represent the ET area well!!! /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

tnfutbolfan
What time is the game? 6:00 p.m. And where is it at? Farragut Intermediate School (FIS) aka the middle school field
tnfutbolfan
6:00 p.m. Farragut Intermediate School (FIS) aka the middle school field Farragut 3 Bearden 0 1-0 at half Not very intense nor exciting, somewhat workman like - got the job done. Interesting goalie choice for Bearden, maybe trying to shake things up? Seemed like Bearden maybe playing with heads hanging a bit; discouraged after a quick goal to start game(?). Both playing on Saturday and should represent the District well.
