Correction- Franklin keeper never left the game and made several fine saves after her collision with the Brentwood player. It was a well played game by both teams.

 

Were you at the game. That keeper has never given up 4 goals to Brentwood, for an entire season..She is out for at least one week with a concussion. The good thing is that will meet again in districts. As the old saying goes, what goes around, comes around....

 

I hope the keeper is okay, but as far as the old saying goes, is this coming from the same team that slammed a Siegel player when she and the ball were already out of bounds last year and broke her back? I believe she was out for more than a week. Just a thought...

Briarcrest is in Nashville this weekend to play Franklin Road Academy and Brentwood Academy.

 

Briarcrest beat FRA with a score ot 3 to 2 with Briarcrest playing a strong first half and FRA playing a strong 2nd half.

 

Brentwood game is on Saturday.
