I have just ONE question. Has WC paid the extra money to find out exactly how to run that new offense they bought? dry.gif

I think they will be paying in many different ways (for some time)............

If you look at their results in '09 to date, the so called "Thug Kitties"

should drown when playing the "Wave".

Not sure..............there is a "new" listing on e-bay for a "slightly used" offensive system (still in the box). Listing is by an unnamed TN HS. Make offer............please for my sake make any offer!!

Yeah, were 0 and 4, but the season isn't over.

Whoever said we were murdered by Seigal, we were. But they are one of the best teams in the state! It should have been worse in my opinion.

Gallatin better watch out because Central is coming in with nothing to lose so that ol' wave of theirs better be a tsunami because thats what it is going to take to win against the thug kitties.

Our D will not give up more then 14 points. Just wait.

Siegel is not one of the best teams in the state. Good team, but not one of the best in the state, you guy just made them look like it.

Have some faith. Your half the reason the guys are giving up. The parents need to help out more by cheering, not yelling put the cheerleaders in, and harrassing the student section. Lets us do our thing and join along instead of being Debby Downer.

Thanks! :popcorneater:

Seagull One of the "BEST' teams in the State? :popcorneater:

You owe me a new keyboard because I just spewed Root Beer all over the current one! The team you are so proud of has made the playoffs exactly ONCE and that was a fluke! :popcorneater:

Pardon my french, but we have made it twice, and the school has been standing for nine years. Sorry we aren't ill and do not have the coaching staff or the players of the Florida Gators. We have talent, we just haven't showed it yet. Six games left in the year, plenty of time to show it.

Have fun cleaning your root beer up!

I'll buy you another root beer after we smash Gallatin on friday night We are hungry for a win. :popcorneater:

    • Never said I thought it was a smart decision. I'm scratching my head at it too.
    • If he wanted to play QB he should have either went to Heritage or William Blount and had a real good chance there. In stead he'll be exactly what he was going to be at Maryville. They already know who their QB is going to be in 2025 and it ain't going to be him.
    • Easier said than done. The man who ran for 250+ yards and 3TDs is gonna be back….and a lot bigger.
    • plus it removes the pressure around winning.
    • You are correct.   The teacher's pay scale is virtually the same in Knox County, now, as it is at Oak Ridge.   The coaching supplements are still higher at Oak Ridge, from what I was told, but not a huge difference.   Plus, Rusty is going from a position coach to an OC position, which is what he was at South Doyle and where his comfort zone is.  And from a special education teaching slot to a PE teaching slot.  There is a lot of positivity in that move without even considering the coaching aspect.   Anybody who sees something negative here is just looking for negativity to begin with.  But some live in that world.   Really good hire for Brent.  He now has two experienced and quality coordinators and can concentrate on being a head football coach.
