By the looks of the regions standings Coffee Co has 1 win over Warren Co and it says that if two 6A teams finish 1 and 2 in district then both become eligble for playoffs, with Coffee Co beating Warren Co, they have the tie breaker over them

What are the chances that the combined record of Franklin Co. and Lincoln Co is 2-12 when they meet week 8 for their de-facto play-in game for the playoffs?

Very good chance that whoever wins this game will be 2-8 when they enter playoffs, Franklin co gets the edge.

Out of District 5, wouldn't Soddy-Daisy be in ahead of Bradley Central since both are 2-1 in the District and the Trojans beat the Bears head-to-head, or isn't head-to-head a tiebreaker anymore?

I think Elam already knows a little about Screamingeagle. I played with him in HS and we both played against him while he was at CC. Elam was a best. I remember screamingeagle coming up to me during that game and said I dont know how we are going to stop him. screamingeagle played for Lincoln County when Elam was there he played TB and SS I think he is now coaching in Shelbyville.

The fact that either Lincoln Co. or Franklin Co. is going to the playoffs is just one of the flukes of the new system. The opposite is true in District 6-AAA, where Cumberland Co. and White Co. are the only two 5A teams and they are worse than Franklin and Lincoln Co.

 

This is just the way this new system is set up. If Franklin Co. and Lincoln Co. were having great seasons then this wouldn't be an issue. Don't blame the whole system for teams have sorry years.

Try telling that to the Smyrna/Oakland loser the Saturday after Week 10. There is a good chance this game is for a berth with loser going home. Either one of those teams would drill Lincoln/Franklin Co.

Elam wasn't a waste, your just mad and jealous that he ran all over you and deafeated you thats why you have such an vandetta against Coffee Co! You know for years Coffee Co has struggled against Tullahoma and Lincoln Co and always has a tough time against Franklin Co and Shelbyville, but I dont go bashing them because they beat our team one year, GET OVER IT! that was years ago, act like a grown up should and support each and every team and support these high schoolers, not deface them on coacht, WOW your really somebody for talking trash about high schoolers on coacht! GROW UP!
