I watched the Blaze play Bob Jones (Madison, Alabama). Trust me, Blackman is NOT that good.

On a national level, maybe not, but on a state level, they are going to be in the hunt for the gold ball. Which is all that matter. That and you cant conclude how a team looked in the summer is how its gonna be in november.

He never played a down for LC because the school wasn't even built yet, but he did play in Fayetteville..

Sorry to correct you my friend but Blackman had one good drive against Smyrna to start the game then it was lights out. Mathers had 4 carries for 2 yards in the second half.

I didnt say the lit em up, just that they played them tough. 17-7 with a screw-you-pick6 late in the game. Now had smyrna won 45-7 or something to that nature, I would be singing a different tune..............

Thats great and all... I don't care if he played at Central, LC, Giles, Hoover, Byrnes, East Hick for the Blind and Deaf. Point was, what was YOUR point!!! Just because you played somewhere does not mean you will be a successful coach. Main point of the original post was to say LC will get better and that Blackman was not that good.
