riverrat
I went from 5'10 150 to 6'2 225 between my freshman and sophomore year same range the poster is talking about. I was the same height and 240 when I graduated So no major college offers but had a great time.
Everyrepcounts
I remember very well the excitement I felt after a full offseason in the weight room before my sophmore year. I did the math and thought it totally reasonable to assume a 500lb bench press was in order as a senior, based on the rate of growth I had seen. Oh, how foolish we can be. Not even close. PowerSweep
Typically... 20-25 lbs between freshman and sophomore year. 15-20 lbs between sophomore and junior year and 10-15 lbs. between junior and senior year. This would be a very general average based on my experiences.
SpaceCowboy
I had a similar but smaller gain between my junior and senior seasons. 5'7" - 185 lbs. to 5'10" - 235 lbs. To go with the height increase my legs got huge (600 lb squat as a Senior) and my shoulders widened considerably. Unforunately, I didn't get any faster. mykidsdad
Heck Yeah it's normal, started happening to me when I reached 40!
FootballMania
WoW, why dont you just come out and say what you really mean... this seems to be an undercover way to point fingers and draw attention to someone that may/maynot be using P.I.D. Wow, what an dummy. Read my post, I said that I got this off a total different site. Nothing to do with anyone that I know. It caught my attention when I read it, I thought it was a bit much but asked for other opinions. It could be many different things including a health issue, or yes maybe even some P.I.D. noonesfool
How much did his waist increase and we can judge much better than height and arms. If not much waist increase then phenominal.
BatmanDB
I went from 240 my sophomore year to 310 my junior some of it was muscle and some fat never roided though i got 2 inches taller too so who knows You must be the one their talking about.I guess the question is answered
what0it0is
I wouldnt say its impossible. I went from 175 my sophomore year to 230 my junior year and all i did was drink a protein shake every night and worked out the next day. If you did that and took say Creatine or N.O. Explode i dont see why you couldnt gain 80 pounds in an off season.
