I saw Coach Ricey at the fair last night and he was humdiggity excited about homecoming.(especially Field Day)

I know he never acted to thrilled about it when I played under him. He would always say he hated it because he didn't want us gettin caught up in all the whoopla...lol...He was prolly checkin to see who was out past his curfew (does he still have that). Anyway, the veer that A.Rice came in an ran sure did look good last Friday. I wish they would run that more often. Go Cats.

Just wait until next year for that. I've said all along that WC needs to work on that package for the nights that the passing game is off or when we get to the end of the season and we spring it on somebody to win the game and eat up the clock. I think it is a great plan B and would catch teams looking to stop the pass with the blitz off guard.

Well...we used to run the veer all the time when I was there...it was like our bread and butter. They have slowly digressed from the veer. I agree with you it would be somethin real good to throw at a team that isn't ready for it...espically, when it is run right. Go Cats.

my freshman and sophomore year(i think sophomore) thats exclusively what they ran. when tyler rice came up thats when they deff went away with it. i imagine when he graduates, they'll go back to it.

Some news for all you WC lovers and haters, I've started moving all the highlight videos from last year to a new youtube channel and deleting them from the old one. I hope to get them all moved soon and maybe start working on some from this year if I ever get around to it.
