Dr. Diandre Johnson has a ring to it. We've got a fine intern program across the river and lots of contacts. Bet he would look mighty handsome in that Royal Blue & Vegas Gold :D

Seriously, congratulations. Enjoy every moment of the rec league years. :thumb:

Oh no, if there are some crack head kids in Tennessee that age, they are definately faster. You can't catch a crackhead!

You must be a great trainer, Justin can FLY! Would have loved to seen him at least return kicks for us last year, but things worked out real well for him with track. Would have been great to have Marcus back too, but thats the way it goes. Thanks for he well wishes.

Wow , you gotta be kidding ! That's not the least bit funny .

Great post! Yes, folks Alcoa is growing the next generation of State Champions! The Midget team is loaded as well. Many great years to come. I got to watch a few minutes of the game as my team (Raiders) warmed up for our game against the Rebs. Very impressed! Great job Shannon and staff! Roll F5 Roll!

    • Did this happen? Does anyone know? Ripley has their HC job posted on the bulletin board over the weekend.
    • Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.
    • It is the longest season. Plus, 30 games a year. No Christmas break. I would say basketball is the most time consuming.
