Although envious of the wins, I respectfully notice a downtrend.

 

Maryville has proven they had enough to handle the Admirals, but do they have the 'hosses' to go the distance.

 

For Farragut to do well, they must be more physical than Maryville in the trenches. The FS must have a good game not giving any busts and Ads must keep Rebs safeties honestly respecting the pass and back out of the box. Special teams may well determine this game again.

As for our game tonight, I had a feeling that might happen. With our team being decimated by injuries and probably still hurting emotionally over losing our assistant coach, I didn't think we would be able to put up as good of a fight as we did in the regular season. Even at full strength it would have been an upset for us to beat you. As always, you guys have a fine football team and tremendous coaching. Good luck the rest of the way.
