Pujo, hows it going? I'm just glad all the Cosby posters (except oleeagle) went away. I was feeling kinda silly talkin trash to fans whose team got sent home. :mrgreen: Anyway, I'm glad Hyden is ok and I hope the Landers and Dogs make it to state. I know Harriman ain't gotta chance. I'm sorry fellas but you can't win at the Dog pound.

Guess its fun to talk a little smach every now and then King, as long as it don't go to far. I'll have to give Cosby and their fans a little credit,the basketball team was a real challenge and their fans are very passionate. I'm not so sure how either of te games will go ,but Ithink both outfits stands a great chance.

First off I'd like to say thank god for Hayden's recovery. And what a game it was until the 4th by both Hampton and Cloudland until about 3:50 in the 3rd when the Bulldogs turned into the "Grinch" and their heart seemed to grow 10x's just really turned it on and played smart focused team ball in a flash it was really fun to watch as a Hampton fan. D. Hill played super good post play, tough and smart. pretty much the toughest 8 points with being triple teamed like he was in the post. I am speech-less with how much the freshman McClain has improved in just a season, WOW what a ball player... his shot "when he actually looks for it" is a thing of beauty and IMO he could just be the key to get where the Bulldogs want to go. Hughes was rode hard all night long and still played like a Mr. B-Ball Nominee SMART. Jones was amazing, Lyons and Trusler hustled and played with "HEART" like always and Ward was "THE MAN" last night and has been due a breakout game but can play that well every game. It is just hard to prepare for Hampton, who ever you key on will always leave another to have a breakout game. Like I have said three yrs. ago when these seniors where starters as sophomores and like I continue to say now "This Hampton Team has something special about them sorta like a persona or a feeling, when these Hampton Bulldogs play team ball it is unreal and the sky is the limit they are just plain unstoppable". I sure hope they continue this I would love to see Hampton bring home a "Gold Ball".

 

With that said,... Harriman CAN NOT BE OVER LOOKED.

 

HAMPTON... 1 GAME AT A TIME. THERE ARE NO EASY TEAMS FROM NOW ON, NO MATTER WHAT THE PREVIOUS SCORE WAS!

 

I LOVED the Hampton Bulldog fan section last night I just wish we all could get LOUDER and support this team.

Let's pack Van-Huss-White gym like no tomorrow on Monday night and show these Bulldogs and their opponents the REAL BULLDOG SPIRIT. GO DOGS AND GOD BLESS!! - JPII

Not only was that the longest post I've seen from you, but it was spot on!

Alot of emotion in any game against Cloudland... very proud of both these C.C. teams.

Boys I saw some good Dog/Lander match ups today in youth-club basketball....A great tourney!

 

Some plaaayas coming up fellas!

 

Monday will be here soon Dogs and Landers, so LET'S GET IT!!!!!!

I hope one day we can extend our dominance across the state. Hampton and Cloudland dominating the state is something I've always wanted to see.

I think their wrong I've watched Harriman all year and I beg to differ I've seen this team on their best and worse game and no matter which one is goin on that night they always play hard and fight till the end! When their at their best it's somethin to watch this team play they bring intensity and can straight run the floor! All I've heard Is how Hampton beat Harriman once that game wasn't nothin and don't mean one bit now that was at the begginin of the season and has nothin to do with now! Make it back to back years that you make it state!

I can assure you that the Hampton Bulldogs will not be overlooking the Blue Devils. Have a safe trip up 2 Carter County. GO DOGS!!! GOD BLESS!!!

I HAVE A FEELING THAT THE THERE ISN'T GOING TO BE MANY SEATS FOR LONG I ALSO HAVE A FEELING THAT HAMPTON IS GOING TO HAVE A ROWDY CROWD,LETS GET LOUD!!! I ENCOURAGE EVERY ONE TO BE AT THE HAMPTON GAME 2NITE @ 7pm AND ROOT FOR THEM BULLDOGS.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
