The title game next year will feature two very impressive and imposing teams.....one will be White House High!

I won't argue with you about White House making it to the title game, cause I don't keep up with all the West TN muffins.:roflol:

But the 4a Championship will be decided in the QuarterFinal or SemiFinal game between Signal Mountain and Greeneville.:thumb:

I like your enthusiasm. Guess you’re counting on being in a western Quad again and not having to face Greeneville or Signal Mountain until the finals. The West was weak last year and the results show that. Unfortunately it looks like it might be the same this year. I just hope there is a surprise team out of the West that will make the Championship game worth watching, unlike last years.

If any of you would admit you're jumping 3A playoffs because of a likely loss to Alcoa (that's even if you were to get past Polk, CAK, Tyner, etc in a likely Quad 2) it would be better than the weak story of likely playing 4A before much longer anyway.

Exactly what I was thinkin but a weaker Polk is on their schedule this year aren't they?

Polk and Tyner are both on the schedule. We also have 6A Blackmen and 1A South Pitt both are project as top teams in their classifications. So this year our out of conference schedule should give us a good idea of just how good we are. :thumb:

    • What we have here is an influx of outsiders raining down on the town of Maryville like a swarm of locust trying to change our culture into the same crap they moved away from. I have no issues with anyone coming here but don't bring your politics with you. Most people around here never pay attention to the elections and keep letting the same ole rats and vermin right back in the back door and wonder why things are like they are. The problem at Maryville High is mainly due to letting outsiders get a foothold on control and shove their agenda down everyone's throat. Anyone that leaves there or let's say ranoff are replaced with an outsider with the same mindset. Eventually Maryville High will never be the same as it once was which I'm beginning to believe already but it's only chance of survival are to recruit people that will get in there and reverse the damage that has already happened.
