how is it that FCS (#5 in the CoachT strength and success rankings) who has only one loss to a single A team cant get into the top ten polls? i'm not sayin they should be #1 or anything but by looking at their record (15-2) and some of the teams they've beaten: Portland (AAA) Coffee County (AAA) and Ezell Harding (D2 1A). I just cant see how these guys cant be somewhere in the top 10 or at least in the section of "Receiving 12 points or more"

You have an argument to make, but so do a lot of teams. CSAS made the poll this week but are better than most if not all of those ranked above them. That is simply the way polls are----hard to explain, understand, or agree with!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! How in the world does CA, ranked 5th last week, lose to Summertown by DOUBLE DIGITS for the second time, yet only drop to 7th? Look, I am not saying Summertown should be ranked at this point but they are 3-0 vs Top 10 teams at this point--beating CA by DOUBLE DIGITS twice and beating Forrest. They also played Perry County to a 2 point game at PC, so even if Summertown isnt ranked, at least put them ahead of CA and Forrest and gt PC into the top 10 ahead of both of them. NO CREDIBILITY at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somebody needs to help the AP out since they can not get records correct. Lake County is 11-8 going into tomorrow night's game with #2 Humboldt. Should be a good one in Tiptonville tomorrow night.

even if they are 11-8 I still dont see how they can be ranked with only winning 11 of 19 games. It just makes no sense to me how Lake County can be ranked at this point in time.

WARDOG is wrong according to the scores reported to Coach T--Here is the entire schedule--and they are 9-7 unless you count the Hall of Champions games and that puts them at 9-9 and deserve no ranking.

not arguing with your rankings, i really dont see anything wrong with them at all  , but how exactly did you come up with them? once again, not arguing just wondering how you came to your decision on how to rank teams

As a West TN fan, I have to say that CSAS is probably better than both Middleton and Humboldt. If I remember correctly from last years CSAS team, they return practically everyone except for maybe 1 or 2 players.....? Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that. That CSAS team in my opinion is really the only team I give a legit shot at knocking Clarksville Academy off. And honestly, I'm not sure if I see that happening.

My top 5:

1) Clarksville Academy

2) CSAS

3) Middleton

4) Humboldt

5) Perry Co.
