I love Hughes as a player and he certainly deserves consideration for 1-A Mr. Basketball. However, is he really averaging 30 ppg???

I would say roughly around 25 or 26, need to look into it to give a more precise number. Assist and rebounds for him have to be pretty decent. I would also bet he has one of the best free throw averages.

I'd say very close to 30 ppg, i been to over 75% of Hampton Basketball games this year, and every game I have went to Nathanael Hughes has put up at least 28 or more. Last game v/s Unaka he had 32 points.

+ plus, Hughes is a very smart young man, good grades, good head on his shoulders, very humble.

I totally agree that Jared Nave of Cannon County should be considered in AA. His performance record speaks for itself and if you have ever seen him play you have to agree he is a very strong leader. He is one of the smoothest players with the best temperment I've ever had the privilege to observe. His leadership is not only evident on the court but also off the court. He is a fine young man with a very promising future.

AA- Cory Billingsley from Sweetwater HS. Averages 32 pts/ game. Shoots 45% from the 3 point line and 55% from the floor. Broke the single game school record this season with 42 pts vs Harriman. Surpassed 2000 career pts this season. All this while being the focal point of the other team's defense every night! BTW, scored 39 last night in a loss.
