I don't think you'll see Phil in this game. He supposedly has been shut down for a couple weeks due to tendinitis in the shoulder.

He shut down our boys Saturday.

 

Norris struck out 15 of the 23 batters he faced, and was so good that Siegel coach Craig Reavis called him the “best pitcher in the state.†Reavis also said Norris was better than current major-league standout David Price was when he was in high school.

Surprised no one commented on the game. Great high school baseball, fun to watch. D-No was impressive early on, but tired after 3 innings. Farragut's pitcher matched him pitch for pitch, but go burnt on the long ball. Hilarious celebration by kid who hit it at home plate, VERY bush-league. Both teams played hard, fans were GREAT, and I'm sure the scouts left impressed by both Norris/Delmonico.
