All-District Freshman?

Just wondering if any freshman made all-district this year. My boy will start his high school campaign next year and Im trying to give him something to shoot for.

Need to be a little more specific. Lots of districts in the state. Which one?

Probably more likely in A districts.

 

A little more unheard of in AA or AAA.

Justus Sheffield LHP,CF (Freshman) Tullahoma, All district 8AAA. Justus is hitting over 400 and he has won some key games on the mound. Could be the best centerfielder in Mid. Tenn.

Freshman Hagen Owenby of Powell was included on the District 3-AAA team, as well.

 

Hagen's brother, Drake, also made the all district team as a freshman two years ago. Quite a feat for the Owenby family.

I expect Clint Fisher from Riverside to make all district for 15A. He has stroked all year even hits in the 3 hole for Panthers.

Nice call. He got the win against the 7AAA champions Siegel.(only pithched one inning though)

I remember Colby Skeen making All-District as a Powell freshman that year too. Pretty sure he hit about 6 homers and batted around .400.
