lakecountyfalconfan
14A gets two of the top five games of the day in today's Sun: Lake County vs Union City Trenton vs Greenfield Of course the LC - UC game is for the title, but there are several of us interested in the game between the Tide and Jackets. Falcons took control of the district with blowout win against Union City.

wardawg2038
Lake County defeats Trenton tonight 82-59 in a lackluster performance. Falcons wrapped up the regular season district title and the #1 seed for the tournament. Did not play with the defensive intensity and desire I have seen in the last 2 victories over Southside and Union City. Hopefully it was because the Falcons are looking forward to their match-up with Middleton tomorrow night. If LC plays the Tigers the same way they played tonight they will not survive. Come'on boys lets see that energy tomorrow night. Girls game tips at 5:00 pm with boys to follow at 6:30 pm.
Halliday80
Union City locks up the number 2 seed in the district tournament with a big 71-33 victory over Halls and looks like they will host Bradford in the first round. Congratulations and good luck the rest of the year.

areddevilfan
Humboldt avenge lost to Bradford, wins by almost 30 points! Humboldt had their share of fouls and turn overs, but came out the winner. Their boys were able to knock it down from the 3 point range. If our boys could have hit their shots, and not had so many turn overs then the game possibily wouldn't have been such a huge point spread. Just a bad night for everyone on our team. wardawg2038
Lake Co. boys pull out the win over a scrappy Middleton squad tonight 67-64. Rafael Tyler and Derrrick Swift played huge tonight for LC and the Falcons ability to get second chance points and score in the paint was ther difference. Coach B didn't start a 3 regulars in theline up tonight for disciplinary reasons and they sat the 1st quarter. hope they got the point because the boy's minds need to be focused as we head to tournament time.
