No, we are speaking totally in hypotheticals. If you wish to insert Forrest for Cascade in my analogy, then please do so because I had no idea who was going to win your district until you explained it.

Cascade and Eagleville are the only two teams who can win district nine. Cascade would have to win and Forrest lose. If Cascade won and Forrest won, there would be a three way tie and Eagleville would win tie breaker. Eagleville wins, obviously they would win district regardless of what Forrest does.

I believe the 2A quads are gonna stay like they came out this week with 2 exceptions. Peabody will win and get in. They will be in QUAD 4 and bump Adamsville to QUAD 3. This will push Cascade to QUAD 2 and knock Silverdale out. The other change will be, Houston Co. will win and take Lorettos place in QUAD 3. The seedings will depend on alot of things....LOL

New Projected 2A Playoff Pairings

Quad 1

Hampton-bye

Oliver Springs-bye

(3) Oneida hosting (6) Cosby

(4) Rockwood hosting (5) North Greene

Note: With North Greene, Oneida, and Rockwood all favored to win their games, a loss by Oliver Springs to Williamsburg Kentucky would drop them from 2nd to 5th seed, most likely. Quad would then look like this:

Oneida-bye

(3)Rockwood hosting (6) Cosby

(4)North Greene hosting (5) Oliver Springs

Quad 2

Trousdale County-bye

Boyd Buchanan-bye

(3) Friendship Christian hosting (6) Jackson County

(4) Cascade hosting (5) Watertown

Note: If Cascade loses to Eagleville and Watertown beats Jackson County, Watertown would host that game.

Quad 4

Adamsville-bye

Forrest-bye

(3) Riverside hosting (6) White House Heritage

(4) Mt. Pleasant hosting (5) Houston County

Note: If Forrest loses to Moore County, Forrest and Riverside swap positions. If Mt. Pleasant loses to Loretto, they would drop to the 6th seed and WHH would be out. Lorretto would assume the 4th seed.

Quad 4

Humboldt-bye

Westwood-bye

(3)Booker T. Washington hosting (6) Peabody

(4)McKenzie hosting (5) Dresden

All of this is based on the assumption that Peabody and Houston County (both favored) win their week ten matchups. The only feasible wrinkles are Silverdale winning which would push Cascade back to Quad 3 and Adamsville back to Quad 4. If this happened, and Mt. Pleasant loss, both Mt. Pleasant and WHH would be out. Silverdale and Loretto would be in.
