With the extra year under his belt I think Cobb has the possibility to become an excellent player and perhaps an even better QB. I wouldn't be surprised if he has major interest from DI schools coming in. That's if he gets the attention he deserves.

Yep Barb but the T$$AA will not put us in the West if they have to draw a dotted line.

Has Cobb recieved any scholly offers as of yet?

 

He has not yet. He is receiving interest though. He has tripped to Ole Miss and Miss State that I know of. He also competed in ATL at the Elite 11 and I think brought home an accuracy award. I have talked to some college scouts/coaches that think Cobb is the best QB in the state and will be better than than previous GC quarterback, Wallace.

Hmmm...Do I gather that Barb might prefer her lil devils not have to chance visiting the Brickyard?

 

It would be just like the tssaa to place us to where we would have to travel to gville one year and to the other end of the state like memphis the next. ya know keep us to where we are never in the home quad. They fudged the line last year so Maplewood would get in quad 3. Since all that is soooo far off we won't think about that again till week 11.

Wrong, barbie, great guru diva of Tennessee High School football. Scott County was on the bubble and would have gotten bumped. Sequoyah would have gone to quad 1, and Signal would have thrashed Giles before ending your season.
