I want to say..........

 

Wharton was kicked out of CPA due to violating a behavior policy. If he goes to Giles then he can't be eligible right away UNLESS it is proven that his guardian went there due to changing employment. Otherwise Wharton would be "ineligible for a calender year" because of the behavior violation.

 

This was the information I was given from someone at the TSSAA. I don't believe he would give me incorrect information on this!
