I think it also means "No Coaching". If there was a good reason to dismiss a starting player with 2 or 3 games left to go, I still have not heard anyone say what the reason was. From what I hear, even the people involved were not told the reason.

at the same time we are talking about high school kid so the reason may not need to be known other than to her parents
