Goodpasture tied with Chattanooga Central 1 to 1 in the season. Anybody can win the state this year in AA.

Still think its pretty impressive for players not knowing each other to come to a new school and already be able to push for a state title.

 

Lot of there players play on strong summer clubs, that helps. Also the Middel school program is in the same building, that really makes a differance. Middle school has done well the last three years. Playing in our conferance helps a lot with the record, we will see the next 2 weeks.

only one from out of zone, he was granted a hardship. Stared there as a freshman. No Signal Mountain here.

I didn't think so but the other person talks as if you were all strangers. Great team at EH this year but the school being new makes no difference in it.

Nobody knew each other. East Hamilton was made up from 20 different schools. So to no one knew each other once they started playing at East Hamilton. You might have knew a handful of people. And East Hamilton has to basically play a road game everywhere they go because of no field.

Notre Dame and Lexington are out. Sequoyah will have to beat Smith County.

 

After DL was beaten soundly by Goodpasture yesterday, I would have them as one of the favorites to win AA this year. If that was their 2nd or 3rd pitcher pitching, he was pretty good. (They have more than one good pitcher unlike some other teams.) Also they swing the stick pretty well, and have a few kids with power to take it deep.

Would like to see Spring Hill vs Goodpasture match up in State. SH beat a solid Mont Central team starting their #3 and finishing with their #4. As I've stated on other strings, their pitching is as deep as you will see in AA if not AAA. Goodpasture evidently has some monster bats so it would be a good un.
